Inspired by DayGlow and Electronic Dance Music festivals from around the world…

CAB brings you R-GLOW!

A sophisticated nightclub and rave experience!

On Saturday, November 19th, Alumni Gym will be transformed into a nightclub. It will host a full array of lasers, black canons and fog. CAB is sponsoring this first-ever rave experience, which is specifically inspired by electronic dance music. Pierce Golden ’14 is an aspiring DJ and producer who has a strong passion for events such as this.  Pierce always wanted to share his passion with the college and proposed the idea of having the college’s very own electronic dance music event. Elizabeth Bransky ’13 has also stepped in to help with the production and promotional aspects, as well as serving as the manager for the event. Golden and Bransky hope that R-GLOW will be a success. They have spent a great deal of time in preparation for R-GLOW and are eager to make this an annual event.

“We are going first class with this event,” Bransky noted.

R-GLOW is inspired by DayGlow, which is the “World’s Largest Paint Party” – also centered around electronic dance music. Before R-GLOW begins, students will be able to get their bodies painted by a well-known body artist from Virginia Beach.  There will be hundreds of free glow items to wear and dance around with when you arrive. Get your white tees and neon clothes out and make an appearance! R-GLOW will even feature a cash bar and professional photographer! Admission is FREE.
